Pediatric Subspecialty Webinar Series Form

Thank you for participating in the CoPS and COMSEP Pediatric Special Interest Network webinar series.

Each specialty is asked to identify:

  • One faculty panelist
  • A trainee participant (optional but encouraged)
  • Scheduling availability for the January–February webinar series

Please submit one response per specialty by Friday, October 30.

We know it may take time to decide who will present. If your panelist isn't confirmed yet, please go ahead and submit your scheduling availability now. You can send panelist details later.
